Not sure if there is some sort of extended delay, but this app did not install on my store.

been waiting a week for any kind of customer service. Cant install the YouTube gallery into my shop for some reason. Been close to a week, maybe they'll email back at some point and help me.

it is not easy to understand how to set up the gallery
It needs improvement. I couldn't link the channel, I think due to the dot in the name. When I tested with a random channel, videos didn't show on the homepage. The card animation is nice, but the app is unusable until these issues are fixed.

Just installed and set up. It looks good. Banner requirements, suck. However one bad thing. I shows i used 37 gallery views. Apparently when in theme editor in shopify, every time the page refreshes which it will, as you work, it counts that as a view... You will easily get through 100 if you are working on your site. Best thing is to just disable until you no longer need to make changes. That is very annoying, and a real rip off to force you to purchase this... Or I can find someone else who isn't setting up a scam...

However we would like to let you know, that the gallery view count deduction work on the bases of customer session, rather then page load.
