The app is extremely slow - anytime you want to do anything be prepared to set aside plenty of time for screens to load, the majority of the time I spend in the app is waiting for things to load. Very confusing interface that needs to be revamped, looks like something from the 90s. Customer support doesn't do much besides create tickets, you don't get an answer on what happened. Even though it is an inexpensive app, you will be much happier spending a little more money elsewhere.

They only got a 1 star because there is no option for a negative star rating. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR SETUP AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. If you still want to ignore the all caps warning, do not get any upgrades. You're likely to be double charged for the "one time charge." The app does not function. They are not able to resolve issues that would allow it to function. Every issue takes about a month to address. Forget about follow up. Getting a refund will be dragged out to the point where you can not file a dispute with your bank because of the charge dates. And, they will try to give you credit to apply towards using a system that does not work instead of a refund. Not really sure how they are still in the app store. 10/1/2021 after developer response: Customer service did not contact me. I contacted them after an extended period of no follow up to an open ticket. They passed me off to billing which took several exchanges, over a few days, to get a PARTIAL refund. They did not issue a full refund. Unless they plan on issuing a full refund for a service that never worked, my issue is not resolved. This includes being double billed for 1 additional module. You have my contact information since you were able to "discovery" where they contacted me before.

I sell using several platforms in addition to Shopify, and was struggling to keep my inventory in sync across the different platforms. After evaluating several different ecommerce platforms I chose ecomdash, and have been using it for almost a year now.

Like any software, it has its pluses and minuses. But on the whole, it has been a godsend for streamlining our workflow and for minimizing stock-outs. We are a very small company, and I can confidentally say that ecomdash saves us several hours every week because of our improved order filling and inventory procurement workflow that it provides.

Getting it installed and tailored to my business needs, and getting over the learning curve, did take a few days. But once it was up and running, being able to manage inventory and orders across multiple platforms from one system is invaluable.

Contrary to some other reviews here, I have found their tech support staff to be knowledgable and responsive. Whenever I have entered a support ticket, I usually have a reply within an hour, and often less, and their repsonses are typically well-informed and spot-on.

When I first looked at ecomdash, my reaction was we couldn't afford it, but I decided to give it a try nonetheless. Now we couldn't afford not to use it!

Update: 5 months later - basic functions they feature do not work like listing items to Ebay (queue pagination did not work), I'm STILL selling items that have 0 inventory in the feed files, etc. I had to sign up for Inkfrog & pay for BOTH these services b/c Ecom does not support what they feature as a sales point yet.

2 months later, still not updating NewEgg from Shopify correctly. Selling out of stock products the entire shopping season. Really hurts business credibility & finances. Stay FAR AWAY from this company.

Also: you can import all of your listing data (supposedly) from Shopify..yet it does not import the vendor/brand fields. So you have to do an bunch of extra work to push listings to Jet or Sears, b/c there is no field mapping options. Just baffling.

We use this app more than almost every other app here at www.ycddiscounts.com, because it is the easiest way to keep track of everything on multiple selling channels! This is a MUST HAVE!

Been using ecomdash for about 1 year now. Updates across channels are flawless. Responsive team, but they need to expand support hours. Takes more setup effort than some others, but more features than most. We've tried alot of others, but ecomdash does the most for us so far. If you invest the time to learn it, ecomdash will work very well. Price is friendly too. Active development and a solid product.

they ecomdash team are super responsive and helpful.
for e-commerce sellers making their mind on a multi-purpose inventory and listing management tool i would definitely suggest using this one.
learning to use ecomdash effectively may take some time and again the team will be there to set up a live demo to walkthrough and solve any issues.
new features keep coming and you'd better spend some time reading the blog with some tips on both ecomdash and partner services: e-commerce platforms, social networks, fulfillment services.
i also like various roles functionality for multi-member teams.
if you work with outsourced administrators to run your operations ecomdash will be easy to distribute rights.

EDITED: Now that we have integrated our sales channels and have learned all the tips and tricks to launch new products, etc, Ecomdash is working well for our needs. I recently received a call from the CEO who provided an update on all of the improvements they are making, both from a functionality as well as training and customer service perspective, which I appreciated. I'm updating this review to 4 stars as a result.

I've had a huge number of challenges trying to integrate my Etsy and Shopify sales channels in Ecomdash. The process for adding new products is extremely fragile and if you don't follow an arcane set of instructions, your entire inventory management system breaks. I discovered on my own that the inventory levels weren't updating correctly after multiple overselling situations, then had to spend 4 hours manually fixing everything myself because there is no way of making bulk edit changes. I was told incorrect instructions from their support staff. When something was wrong with the way Etsy was passing data to them, they told me to reach out to Etsy myself to get it permanently fixed.

The only pros are the pricing, which is reasonable unlike the other $500/month options, the fact that you can get a human on the phone (for 15mins, if you schedule it in advance), and the fact that they seem to integrate well with ShipStation. I guess you get what you pay for.

This app is highly useful and saves so much time on inventory. It syncs all inventory levels on all of our sales channels, making it easy for us to know when an item is low or out of stock. Would highly recommend.

after 3 months nothing with finish yet the software is extremely slow so many problems and errors most of them will need to open a ticket to be solved and the live chat and phone costumer service people lack training
