super fast support and Susan really help me to work on the template and also my other requests were promptly done, you will not regret having ecomposer app.

So far so good. Already hit up support and got an immediate response. Still getting to know how everything works but I like how easy it is to use.
Website would change in between edits without my discretion, product page would break and support are pretty terrible at understanding what you need fixing. After stating I needed the product on the product page fixing, they asked me if the testimonial section was the area I needed fixing.
