We're using this app to better tell our story on the About and FAQ pages. The default Shopify content is very limiting. The EComposer blocks and sections, however, have nice customization options. Coming from a WordPress block editor background, EComposer is easy to use.
There are support articles and videos, but I did need the chat from inside Shopify to reach out about deleting a page, which seems silly. It wasn't a straight forward user experience and no article explained the steps. The online chat representative responded pretty quickly and shared the steps with words and a helpful screenshot.

Easy to use & Flexible! I use it for my first Shopify shop and the add on made an easy transition from Wordpress for me.
I wanted to update my product pages. I read the first reviews and I gave the app a try. The app is very easy to use (and I am not a tech person) and their customer support...you def feel like you are taken care of and you don't talk to the machine. Very helpful and worth every $! If you talk to Jennie - she is amazing and knowledgable. She won't leave you without a solution :)
Just downloaded and will start to explore more but Jade from support was very helpful and polite getting me all set up.
