The free version doesnt give you much freedom but is great to learn.
The basic package though is fantastic and the tech support is very quick to respond

There have been a few bumps hit while designing my store, like glitches with the live page view and with font selection. However, EComposer support has been excellent and quickly came to my rescue. Without their support I would still be going around in circles. They were persistent and kept on with me until my issue was resolved. The page builder has some great features and I'm looking forward to having a great website!
We're using this app to better tell our story on the About and FAQ pages. The default Shopify content is very limiting. The EComposer blocks and sections, however, have nice customization options. Coming from a WordPress block editor background, EComposer is easy to use.
There are support articles and videos, but I did need the chat from inside Shopify to reach out about deleting a page, which seems silly. It wasn't a straight forward user experience and no article explained the steps. The online chat representative responded pretty quickly and shared the steps with words and a helpful screenshot.
I am using this App for almost 3 months now. In the beginning it was very difficult since I was not aware that you have get into building a page more then used too, when working with a standard shopify theme. The start was really challenging, we have several stores working with other systems which are easier to be understood if you are not a developer or have practice.
However, there are not many feature Ecomposer does not have and since this store is very visual I changed my mind. The system has tons of options and after several weeks and help from support I am ok now. We have a sunning store.

First of all, I would want to apologize for your experience with our app & customer support.
As far as I've checked all our chats with you & from your reviews, I can see some problems:
- Live chat support suddenly disappeared once from your end & you thought we turned it off. We actually know nothing about this problem since other merchants still contact us well so only until you mention in this review that we knew it. We did immediately work with our live chat provider to fix it. Now I believe we can connect 24/7 again.
- Support agents do not meet your satisfaction. I can see we've connected and chat many times to help you customize your pages. Sometimes support agent may delay a bit due to multiple questions/requests from you at a time. I really hope for your kind patience in this case since we need more time to work on it. I also found some of your screenshots seem not delivered to us so that our support agent (without reading your chat carefully) misunderstood/not clear your request & ask you again. I totally understand it was time-wasting & annoying for you to repeat the issues. We'll surely read the chat more carefully next time.
- Mobile responsive issues: I confirmed there is no bug here.
+ Bullet point style is taken from a popular style but not what you want so we happily implemented the CSS customization for you.
+ Headline in mobile & tablet: If you keep the same size of headline for desktop & mobile, then it is properly too big on mobile. You can totally customize it separately for each device since we provide all options to do that.
+ Similarly with other sections/elements, you can custom for different devices as your wish, in our live visual editor.
We've emailed you with detailed guides on achieving all the requests you mentioned. Kindly give us more chances to support you & we're willing to improve where it matters. Thank you so much!

Great assistance by the Ecomposer team. The app is good still a few things to update but on the good way.
It's been cool so far. The most helpful tool has been the chat feature with a live rep. Some of the building took extra time to orient myself with the tool. To identify what and where I was making changes. Having a chat made it a quicker process to get questions answered. I didn't have to spend hours YouTubing.
At first the support was Fantastic, quick and verry competent.
I recommend these guys, but the quality in the support is up and down, make sure you get one of the good ones. The app has a nice price tag.
After a day or two, the support was slower and slower. A few times the support person just stopped communicating with me. They just left.
One time the support helped me with a thing and deleted everything that i had worked on for 4 days!! The comment was something like, "Next time, make sure you save before asking us to help you". This was scary, lucky you can go back in time to reload old versions.
The without a doubt best consultant is Jennie, super competent and friendly.
There wear several things that the app doesn't do, for example, you can't add a top menu. I needed a 3 step function to chose product that they could not get to work.
Make sure you check the mobile version of your page. Mine was really ugly with formats that was really bad. They told me that they need to escalate it to the developers. Strange, since I only use their on built in functions.
