Its a good product but the 24/7 support is what makes this app worth the $$. I was able to do some of the items I was hoping for but still working out a few of the others.

Jade was well knowledgeable about what the app does and doesn't do, which saves me a lot of time. Better to pay the few extra bucks now to save the time, because you can't buy that time back later.

Also came back later and took advantage of the Buy a partner theme and get 6 months free deal, then Lily was able to get us setup with the promo upgrade quickly.
