The app its self is pretty frustrating to use. Its not very intuitive, its more techy and takes alot of frustrating time to execute very simple things. It could be designed better.
Thank god for their amazing support though, small things i was able to get assistance with Eric was very helpful and made the tweeks i needed to complete my project.

Ich habe den EComposer für unsere Website verwendet und möchte einige wichtige Punkte teilen, die sowohl positive als auch negative Aspekte betreffen.
Negative Aspekte:
1. Support-Organisation: Der Support muss dringend besser organisiert werden. Derzeit herrscht Chaos, was die Lösung von Problemen erschwert.
2. Website-Leistung: Der Builder hat die Leistung unserer Website massiv beeinträchtigt. Selbst ein professionelles Performance-Update hat die Gesamtleistung nur minimal verbessert.
3. Preisgestaltung des Pro-Plans: Der Pro-Plan ist im Vergleich zu den gebotenen Leistungen überteuert. Es ist unfair, dass man diesen Plan kaufen muss, um vollständige Übersetzungen inklusive Bilder und anderen Visuals zu erhalten.
4. Reaktion auf Feedback: Obwohl ich im Vorfeld nach einem angepassten Angebot gefragt hatte, wurde mir dieses erst nach einer schlechten, aber ehrlichen Bewertung angeboten.
5. Stabilität der App: Die App stürzt immer wieder ab, was die Nutzung sehr frustrierend macht.
Positive Aspekte:
1. Designmöglichkeiten: Es gibt viele Designmöglichkeiten, die eine hohe Freiheit bei der Gestaltung der Website bieten.
2. Drittanbieter-Embeds: Diese Funktion ist sehr hilfreich und erweitert die Möglichkeiten der Website-Gestaltung erheblich.
3. Support-Antwortzeiten: Der Support antwortet schnell, was zumindest bei akuten Problemen hilfreich ist.
Zusammengefasst bietet EComposer einige nützliche Funktionen und Designfreiheiten, jedoch muss insbesondere die Leistung, Stabilität und Support-Organisation dringend verbessert werden. Die Preisgestaltung sollte zudem fairer gestaltet werden, um den tatsächlichen Nutzen widerzuspiegeln.

Could improve more
It works great, they have many designs for different landing pages, have many blocks you can choose from to customize your page with. But the only part I didn't like was how slow it made my store. Mia was also a great help!

It has it's limitations in features and designs and some of the english text on buttons or 'out of stock' notifications isn't grammatically correct. You have to go through a lot of the automatic labels such as the 'sold out' labels as the English is wrong.
Pretty buggy overall. Templates will not apply to pages or apply to the wrong ones. It seems we're always having to fix ecomposer issues.
But, customer service is usually available and helpful. So, if something isn't working, they're there to help. But there is often something wrong.

i love this app but sometimes the pictures disappear on my site and i have to go into the app to reselect the photo and publish it again for the photos to appear on my site and its really annoying i wish i could get the photos to stay

It has some bugs. The support team tries to fix them and mostly could always do it, although it takes some days. Overall OK.
