I have tried 3 different page builders before landing with Ecomposer. I will not say their names here but the customer service was terrible, features were lacking and if I had an issue it would take 24-48 hours to get an answer. Olivia with Ecomposer answered me within 2 minutes, got my issue resolved within 3 minutes and also sent me some detailed documentation on how to best get started. It is a great product and super user friendly even for a beginner myself. I ran into some troubles and Andy from Customer Service was extremely helpful and friendly even though I had so many little questions. He was able to fix them right away and answered all my questions really quickly!
