EComposer and their support team have truly exceeded my expectations!

I mistakenly saved one of my website pages as the homepage, but the EComposer team—especially Anna, Olivia, and Mia—went above and beyond to help. They provided clear guidance and even personalized videos to fix the issue.

Their support was quick, proactive, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth. EComposer is a powerful app, but the outstanding support team makes it truly exceptional. I’m beyond grateful for their assistance and couldn’t recommend them more!

Absolutely LOVE Ecomposer! This is the 6-7th Page Builder I've used and it is certainly the most customizable and works seamlessly into the theme you're using. I've never had such quick customer service response either. Olivia answered my email. within minutes and offered the exact solution I was needing. Truly cannot say enough good things!

This app was very good and had amazing customer support. The person in question, Lily, provided thorough help and provided detailed instructions on how to preform the acts to get my site up and situated. I am very happy with the end result, and this would not have been possible without the help from c-support.

I have had an excellent experience with EComposer and I know for a fact my website wouldn't look as fantastic now without having used them. Shopify Themes are challenging to design and navigate and I'm very grateful I could use EComposer to create my website myself according to my own specifications.

I'm also really happy with the Chat Support, they've helped me fix so many problems and they are generous with their time, kind, and always willing to help! Exceptional support unlike any other app I've used.

3 things can be improved:
(1) Sometimes when I click on a page, it opens up a blank page instead and then I have to navigate to and click on the page again to open it. It is slightly inconvenient and hopefully gets fixed.
(2) The price is quite high if you want more than 15+ templates
(3) There is no customization page for the Login Page, and I wish this wasn't the case. I'd love to be able to customize the login! Please add one if possible.

Truly a life-saver! Stick with your current theme and use this to supplement what you're missing or can't add/change. Even as a starting point for some of the pages, it's extremely easy to use and to find support quickly if you run into issues.

In my brief experience with engaging with the EComposer support personnel, namely Mia, my experience has been a delight. Mia was helpful and prompt with her feedback. I have not yet got my hands dirty with building my store but I anticipate that things will flow smoothly.
