Andy helped me quickly, and the problem was solved. But I need to tell you that the product template always needs service, otherwise I cannot edit the page. Why is that?

This is the best page builder app in the Shopify app store, I've tried the top 6 rated apps and this is by far the best (features/functionality).

Their support is truly great, which I'm surprised I'm saying. It's really rare to find good support from these app companies.
