I had problems with various things as I had made the wrong settings so I contacted the support and it didn't take more than 20 seconds before the support got in touch and started to solve the problem. Had one called Jade and she really is 5 stars. Can really recommend

Great features that allows for vast customization. Interface is technical but intuitive nonetheless, you'll get used to it eventually. The customer support team was excellent in helping me with an app integration issue.

I just downloaded this app and amazed at how customizable it is. I was having difficulty with a couple things and remembered there was a chat feature. Considering it's late (going on 2am EST) I did not expect anyone to respond. However, to my surprise, Susan came on with such a positive and willing to help attitude. She provided screenshots to help me with my hiccups and just made customizing my website very easy to understand and accomplish. Thanks to Susan I can rest assured things are flowing well and I now have what I need to continue to customize my site!Thanks again Susan! I wish I had access to her specifically each time.
