I just downloaded this app and amazed at how customizable it is. I was having difficulty with a couple things and remembered there was a chat feature. Considering it's late (going on 2am EST) I did not expect anyone to respond. However, to my surprise, Susan came on with such a positive and willing to help attitude. She provided screenshots to help me with my hiccups and just made customizing my website very easy to understand and accomplish. Thanks to Susan I can rest assured things are flowing well and I now have what I need to continue to customize my site!Thanks again Susan! I wish I had access to her specifically each time. I had some issues with integrating an app, and after a lot of back-and-forths with multiple support teams, I thought the only way left was to start again from scratch.

But after getting back to Susan and explaining things more thoroughly, a solution was made and saved me a lot of time. It turns out I don't need to start from scratch, just a few simple steps given by Susan and problem solved!
