Sadly, I cannnot say I've had a great expereicne with the Ecomposer support. They tend to struggle with English. If they get frustrated or stuck, they will simply ignore you. One support agent told me they didn't care because they have so many 5 stars. The app also advertises a "Dedicated Account Rep" for the 99.00 plan. This is a total lie. It's been a month, We've asked at least a dozen time. They just ignore. Now, the page builder is great. It's a great App. BUT BE AWARE - Support is ONLY great if you make sure to NEVER EVER get frustrated if they can't fix a few links over 4 hours time. Because if you do, they will let you hang. And, that's bad business no matter how many 5 stars you have.

This page builder is ideal for all Shopify projects, providing flexibility, a wide range of pre-designed templates, and impressive features. Caroline from the support team has been incredibly helpful. I highly suggest this page builder for its balance of cost and features.
To be honest i am fed with my theme landing page in such price this landing page builder is fantastic and there CSR (Susan) is truely gem very prompt response she did all the custom things that i need for my store.
