Just wanted to let your team know the new 3.0 version is extremely buggy, slide shows in particular are barely usable and often flake out mid edit. Elements can't be copied and moved successfully and images don't populate correctly.

Other elements in the navigator are completely broken and do not populate properly. There seriously needs to be a way to go back to the old ecomposer, this is a half baked at best effort and it is causing nothing but issues.

While the staff are quick to respond and do their best to try and address issues. I am have so many glitches lately from:
- Blog not taking my formatting and just leaving everything the same size and font.
- A custom page constantly dropping content from a second. I have recreated at least a dozen times now and it keeps disappearing.

It's so frustrating and I have wasted so much time redoing the same damn thing, over and over again.

Could be a good application but did not meet my exceptions so uninstalled it - now reviewing my theme code and notice there are EComposer codes left in at least 21 .liquid files. I have been manually trying to remove all.

I am hoping it would get remove automatically once uninstall so people dont have to deal with it.

at least that what shopify require from developers once issue "Build For Shopify" badge

Hi there,

This is Maria - Customer Support Manager at EComposer. I am so sorry to hear about your issue while uninstalling the app. Actually, it is a must to add codes to your theme since the Page Builder app works directly with your theme. We always advise users to use the "reset" button on the app setting before uninstalling it. Then, all the app's code will be removed.

Since we can't do anything from Shopify admin > Apps to notice about safe uninstallation (app cannot interfere), so all we're doing is sending a couple of emails to guide you, but I guess you didn't notice it.

We're happy to assist you in removing entire codes with just a click. So kindly check out email and let us help.

This is Anna from EComposer support. I am truly sorry for your experience with our app. Regarding it, we haven't been notified of the same issue ever on other users, and from our end, the app works normally.

That's why we really need your help to allow us to check it further on your computer. The technical team has diagnosed that you might have installed too many extensions on your browsers, which makes it heavy to load.

Misleading to say that on the Free plan you can publish '3 Live Pages' with 'All Elements' - when in truth simple things like custom fonts are a paid feature. I only found out after investing time learning the UI and feel it's been a waste of time.

This is Anna, Customer Support Manager at EComposer. Firstly, I am really sorry for the experience you've gone through. To make it clear, we allow all Google fonts on Free plan and Custom font on any paid plan. This is clearly stated in our pricing table here: https://ecomposer.io/pages/pricing

I can relate to your feeling that you may just want to have a couple of pages with custom fonts and not ready to pay. We will consider to open Custom font in free plan in the near time.
