A good app to customize your Shopify page. Our fav feature is the statistics.
Sometimes the app doesn't load properly, but all you have to do is clear the cache.
The customer support is very fast and helpful.

Very comprehensive tool. The timeline feature is extremely useful. Been using it for almost 1 year and no complaint whatsoever. Excellent support - quick and helpful.

This is a great app! I personally use it to keep my customers informed, letting them track the production process on the pre-order items on my shop. Whenever I have an issue, the support team is very click to find a solution! Would recommend to any one running a similar business.

I like so much the template feature of the EComposer Landing Page Builder and that informations, photos, videos and all content that is created in a landing page can be handled by a person that does not have programmer abilities.
Even I do not have engineer or software background, all the menus, buttons and options I would say that are self explanatory.

The support team has a lot of experience, are quickly in responses and very happy to help. Every time when I had interactions with their support team, was a safety conversations and always my problems have been succesfully solved.

I had a great experience with EComposer, especially their support team. They responded quickly, were patient, and helped resolve my issue efficiently. The page builder is easy to use, and the support team went the extra mile to make sure everything was working as expected. Customer Support:
I took a long break from the site and just got back in today to try to fix some formatting issues.

Initially, I tried figuring it out and even asked Shopify Sidekick to help because I really don't like reaching out to "customer support".

I wasn't able to figure things out on my own and resigned my fate to clicking the support chat button expecting hours or days before this gets resolved through email exchanges.

To my surprise, someone from support got back to me in less than a few mins. And even bigger surprise was it was an actual person!!

The exchange was quick since Anna, the support staff, was very detailed in her responses complete with screenshots.

EComponser App:
There is a bit of a learning curve to the tool but things are quite intuitive once you get used to them. The free version is generous and allows you to launch MVP and validate PMF.

PS We should really take a moment to appreciate moments when we encounter these beautiful endangered creatures.

Jade de l'équipe support a pris en charge ma demande rapidement, m'a guidé étape par étape pour configurer la bonne URL, et a corrigé directement le bug d'affichage. Tout fonctionne parfaitement. Je recommande EComposer, aussi bien pour la flexibilité de l'outil que pour la qualité du support client.

EComposer has been a great app to use. It's intuitive, easy to navigate, and makes building and customizing pages simple, even for those who are not highly technical. The ease of use and flexibility have made a big difference in managing my store.
