EcomRise: Upsell & Bundles

Features are awesome but limits could have been more and great customer support from Susan

Being an e-commerce store owner on Shopify for close to 3 years has been overwhelming, at times, by all the different Apps available, and their promises to deliver. That is until I came across EcomRise, I installed it about an hour ago and chose the website image and content protection extension to start with. It not only implemented its extension, but any other applicable one as well. Talk about selflessness and sharing. I'm excited to see some positive changes in store performance. Great app with excellent customization options!

I had a small request to change some settings on the plugin. I raised that question on the chat, I was promptly helped by Lily, and the task was fixed in literally a brief minute. Great support, thanks Lily!

I've used a lot of themes in the past, but without a doubt, this one was one of the best. Especially due to the fact that it has a multi-brand option, which was very important for us. It's also very feature filled and is pretty fast.....as many shopify themes have a ton of code and slow page response times, as a result not so good for SEO and stuff.
But what I'm the most impressed is the amazing support - led by Annie. We did run into some issues, but they were so fast in helping take care of stuff....so setting up the theme/site was a breeze. Thanks for all your help.

Since the day I installed it, right away an agent welcomed me and offered their assistance. The next day I needed assistance with installing an extension and right away Luna responded to my request. She was very nice, did everything smoothly and right away. Besides their awesome support their app gives a lot of useful tools to help you with your store.
