Just created my first pop up, so far so good. Had one issue that I was able to resolve with their chat support quickly and easily.

Great app for popups and email popups, I had a problem and thanks to a "flash" fast customer service via chat i solved it in literally a minute!

So far just have the free app and it's very easy and functional ... I already see where upgrading will improve it but what I like is being able to truly test it on our site before paying more. As well support is excellent

The response time from Ria was about 12 seconds which is remarkable.
She was able to help out and remove the highlighted EcomSend tag within seconds.
The pop-screen is extremely customizable and looks so good on the page.
