Seems to be a very easy-to-use and fulfilling app for the Shopify store. Customer supports use templates to answer your message, which is normal but if you are seeking non-robotized communication you can be disappointed.
Great customer service, very quick and professional. Pop up works very well, as expected. Recommended!

So far so good. I just installed the app and am getting to work getting it customized to my liking for my website. Customer service through the chat feature is SUPER FAST. So, so far so good! :-)

Super easy to set up and free plenty of customization available (only wish I could use a specific image for the background instead of it just being white), gotta love it!
