Free and simple. Shopify has a lot of scammy or paid apps but EcomSend is free and works for exactly what it is used for. The main area of concern are the "powered by Ecomsend" watermark and customization. Ecomsend offers amazing customizations and just contact them to remove the watermark. Works great, looks professional, and is really easy to use/works properly. Thanks again for all of the help with quick customer service and delivering on advertised promised for FREE.

very easy and very good customer service to use! 5 out of 5!!! i love the easy customer service and how fast it responds. i also like how it is easy to make one of the popups! definitely recommend!
