I am happy to report that their support team (Tessa) provided explicit, written confirmation that all core pop-up features (discount collection and email capture) are fully functional and remain free regardless of the number of sales or impressions.

This level of clarity and commitment to their free-tier users is rare and highly appreciated. The app is easy to use, and the pop-ups work perfectly. Highly recommended for new and scaling Shopify stores that need reliable lead capture.

Brilliant pop ups, hoping to see CRO go up lots. Another thing about this app is that it is possible to more accurately track the number of site visitors as Shopify council bluff bots do not show up.

The spin to win is great but takes a bit of time to play about and work out what appeals to customers the most.
