EcomSend Pop Ups, Email Popups

Superb customer service! Mig help me with all my concerns quickly and smoothly. Though some features that I need are not available, Mig went the extra mile by sending my request to the R&D team for future enhancement. The best part of this app is it's FREE!

Loved the prompt customer service! It took them like 2 minutes to remove the branding from the pop up. I can't wait to use it for my customer emails.

Just added the app, so far very responsive chat support to remove their "powered by" phrase, which I suppose is a welcoming intro to them and am writing this review at their request. I tried a few pop-up apps before this, and by far this has been the easiest to use and it seems to work flawlessly with Shopify. I use Shopify email so that integration was very important to me. So far so good!

The reason for four stars is because I haven't used it yet. I did however talk with support (Mig) and she was very helpful and was quick to get into the chat. So far so good.
