I wonder how a customer can give a positive review to Eco-Returns.

We have bought the license over 9 months ago. And we are still not live.
Not only, took it long time, to get the pricing sorted out (we have 3 websites), but after we did our user testing, we found in 2 days over 10 bugs. And some of them were serious business concerns. Somehow I managed to bypass the system and create a replacement order without paying any extra money.

I have raised for each issue a ticket. I send personal messages to the CEO Punith. Appart that my concerns will be considered and i should have patient, not much happened over one months.

I see many positive reviews from India. I wonder how many of the them are fake reviews.

Worst app ever. There are multiple apps to manage returns and exchanges which are far better. Eco returns will promise you things, and then charge you without telling you and then even stop replying. All their reviews also seem fake. DO not trust them. Try different apps but do not do not use this app unless you want to be charged in millions.

EcoReturns is great! The automation is really good and frees up the time it takes for team members to manually process returns and exchanges. The EcoReturns team is wonderful and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Awesome to get a free returns portal. We don't have many returns but it's nice to not have to do the 'calendar math' to figure out if the request is within our policy window. My customers don't have any trouble with submitting the requests, quick install. The analytics are an added perk, I could see return analytics being helpful as we grow
