The App is easy to use and have good automation features with all the intregation supported. AI growth tools helps in reducing the returns.

We had been looking for a seamless system to manage returns and exchange requests and came across EcoReturns which fulfilled our requirements extremely efficiently. The onboarding, support, post sale services and problem resolution is prompt and extremely efficient. He explained in details all the features of this app. He was extremely helpful and accommodating in getting us to setup and test one order successfully on eco Return platform. Wow, I really love the app. I have been using shopify for a while, and although this is not my first shopify store, I have other stores where the returns and refunds have been a bit problematic. Despite my initial skepticism, I started using Ecoreturns and was happy with the results. Even more astonishing is that they help to reduce returns through various AI-based features. Though I had a few setup issues, there customer support was excellent, Easy to install. Appreciate Ecoreturns and it's team. Highly Recommended!!
