LTVがECにおいて非常に重要な指標であることは理解はしていましたが、LTV向上のためにどのように分析し、どのようなアクションをすべきかが不明確でした。
ECPowerを導入し、ツールの使いやすさは勿論、手厚いサポートやマニュアルが充実しているということもあり、簡易的に様々な顧客セグメントを作成することができ、分析することが可能になりました。
また一度顧客セグメントを作成すれば、顧客セグメント単位でLTVを管理できるという点も魅力に感じております。
様々なマーケティングツールがある中で、ECマーケターが必ず導入すべきツールだと考えております。

本来であえば全てのお客様に向き合って、一人ひとりに最適なご提案をしたいところが本音ですが、なかなか難しいのも事実です。
日々いろんな施策をしないといけないEC事業者にとって、例えば既存の1000人のお客さまを一括りで見るか、100人ずつ10種のグループに分けて見るか。それだけでご提案できることって一気にお客様に近づく気がします。
ショップによって切り口は同じものはないはずで、それが日本語でできるって最高ですし、お客様に向き合って、長くお商売していくなら必須のAPPだと思います！
