Good App to have, but guys, please respond to emails.

The app worked really well for our flows. Had an issue once and customer support was really quick in responding. Laura who assisted us was very accommodating.

The app always works well when I need to use it. It's a handy tool to have when a customer needs to make a change on an order.

Cleverific is a great app that lives up to its promise. We are now able to alter orders as needed to run our store successfully. This app is definitely worth checking out.

Our business includes lots of pre-orders for product before it gets manufactured.... as a result, lots of our orders need to be modified for changes and additions requested by our customer. In using Shopify, once the order is entered - that's it. Edit Orders allows us the flexibility we need to effectively use Shopify as our ecommerce and POS platform.

I have found them to be thoughtful and responsive, and recommend this application without reservation.

I used this app when it was free, and thought it was great because it's a feature that SHOPIFY SHOULD ALREADY HAVE.

Now, the app is no longer free and requires a $19/mth payment which is plain robbery. This app is great but it is no way at all worth a recurring cost of $19 per month. It should rather be a one-time paid app for about $40.

Cleverific has become the bedrock of our business operations since we migrated to Shopify. Dealing with Laura, Andrew and the team has been the biggest joy. Nothing is too much trouble and work gets done quickly, accurately and most importantly with a CAN DO attitude. I honestly don't think we would be on Shopify if not for Cleverific due to the complexity of our business processing and how easy things have been made thanks to Edit Order by Cleverific. This is a great app, but really should be a built in shopify function.

The app is 5 star in function, but the price is far too high. Would prefer a per use charge.
