I would love to give "Edit Order" a five star rating. The theory of the app is fantastic and my company could really use it. However, I was told that the ability to accept payments would be enabled shortly after I signed up. 1 1/2 months later, still not available but still be charged for the app. I am going to remove the app until they get the payment option on board. After reading other reviews, I now worry about the taxes, etc too. Perhaps just a few more glitches to work out for what could be a wonderful thing for my company
Very useful app, but I think you really need to do something about the "double" sales reports. Each time I edit an order, the sales reports becomes more and more wrong.
For 29$ by month, I think you can do it better..
Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry your experience isn’t ideal and we didn’t have an opportunity to help you before this review. We would absolutely fix the double reporting issue if we could but unfortunately, we are limited by how Shopify handles reports. We have been very transparent about this issue and have well-written documentation on how to filter out and get accurate reports here: https://help.editorder.net/article/41-how-cancelled-orders-affect-your-shopify-reports. We’ve worked directly with Shopify over the last few years to resolve this issue and we’re hopeful that a fix is right around the corner.
Did not work well for us. Every time we edited an order, it screwed up our Shopify sales numbers. Started noticing inventory issues created after editing orders with those specific items (inventory would be wrong). Not sure what was going on. Don't have time to mess with it. It is making more work for us than it is worth.
Support said there is no way to get around the sales numbers being wrong after editing an order. I use those numbers for lots of things, and hate that this app screwed them up.
He provided very speedy support to me, who lives on the other side of the globe.

Decent functionality but $19/mo?
I only have to edit a few orders a month at most. Paying $6 everytime I need to edit it an order is ridiculous.
It's use is not without hassles, it essentially cancels the first order and creates a new one in the system.
I can do this manually, but it always causes a headache with our 3PL.
A well made app, however; what is the meaning if I can't charge customers' credit card automatically for an item I added to their order? Plus, it doesn't integrate well with RobinHQ app :( I hope Shopify will have a better solution for editing orders soon.
Really amazing and speedy support and a great app for anyone with a Shopify store. So annoying how most of these functions aren't native to Shopify, but these guys make life a lot easier. Thank you!!
Edit order is something we've all been waiting for. The only challenge is billing a customer for more than their credit card has been authorized but I understand why that is that way. Shopify did a great job creating this app as a result of listening to their customers.

Claims to be able to uncancel order. I now have an order stuck in limbo thanks to this app. Support offers no help to resolve the issue.
