Cleverific: Order Editing

Shopify is a great product by itself, but I needed to collect 1/2 now and 1/2 later for payments. We here at leathershowroom.com needed to correct an order if the customer changed their mind and wanted a different color leather. All of theirs changes are now possible with Cleverific. As an added bonus you can call and talk to a real person when you need to (Andrew was very hel[pful). Great customer service and quick response. Cleverific would get more then 5 stars if I could add some. Heck I bet they can do that also.

The app is an absolute necessity for any Shopify business. Well designed, great functionality and I'd definitely recommend upgrading to their "premium" service. Not only are the staff great to work with and quick to reply to any issues, they are also willing to go above and beyond for their customers, even customizing the app to meet your needs. We mainly use this to add free samples products to our subscription user's recurring orders, and have not had any issues. We tried a few other apps before finding Edit Order, but they were a bit clunky and the process of editing orders took longer, putting additional strain on our ops.

Excited to see some automation flow features added to the capabilities of this app in future release!

I read several reviews about the developers abandoning the app, but it seems that it has been bought by another group now. I have been in touch with them, about starting to use the app with our store, and I have to give them a 5 for great customer service. Very helpful prompt replies to emails, and willingness to consider the unique needs of my store as they continue to develop and improve the app.

This is an app we use EVERY DAY. Don't think we could live without it. There's always a need to edit, adjust, correct, revise, modify orders. Correcting orders is a daily occurrence. The Edit Orders app makes it easy. It helps us provide excellent service for our customers.
