Cleverific: Order Editing

Shopify is a great product by itself, but I needed to collect 1/2 now and 1/2 later for payments. We here at leathershowroom.com needed to correct an order if the customer changed their mind and wanted a different color leather. All of theirs changes are now possible with Cleverific. As an added bonus you can call and talk to a real person when you need to (Andrew was very hel[pful). Great customer service and quick response. Cleverific would get more then 5 stars if I could add some. Heck I bet they can do that also.

The app is an absolute necessity for any Shopify business. Well designed, great functionality and I'd definitely recommend upgrading to their "premium" service. Not only are the staff great to work with and quick to reply to any issues, they are also willing to go above and beyond for their customers, even customizing the app to meet your needs. This app was working great!
But now is broke and no answer from support - looks like from the reviews that I'm not the only one.

Functions are exactly what we need, but what's impressive is their customer service - they actually follow up with your enquiries! I mean, real follow ups, like they follow through till you respond further and the issue dealt with.

Couldn't edit orders without it. It's the only way we can update orders while also using other apps.

We mainly use this to add free samples products to our subscription user's recurring orders, and have not had any issues. We tried a few other apps before finding Edit Order, but they were a bit clunky and the process of editing orders took longer, putting additional strain on our ops.

Excited to see some automation flow features added to the capabilities of this app in future release!
