Cleverific: Order Editing

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! The reply is quick and very responsive to our needs. VERY RECOMMENDED!! We had a custom need that only could've bee fixed with internal help from them and they did right away without hesitation.

Functions are exactly what we need, but what's impressive is their customer service - they actually follow up with your enquiries! I mean, real follow ups, like they follow through till you respond further and the issue dealt with.

Couldn't edit orders without it. It's the only way we can update orders while also using other apps.

We mainly use this to add free samples products to our subscription user's recurring orders, and have not had any issues. We tried a few other apps before finding Edit Order, but they were a bit clunky and the process of editing orders took longer, putting additional strain on our ops.

I read several reviews about the developers abandoning the app, but it seems that it has been bought by another group now. I have been in touch with them, about starting to use the app with our store, and I have to give them a 5 for great customer service. Very helpful prompt replies to emails, and willingness to consider the unique needs of my store as they continue to develop and improve the app.

This is an app we use EVERY DAY. Don't think we could live without it. There's always a need to edit, adjust, correct, revise, modify orders. Correcting orders is a daily occurrence. The Edit Orders app makes it easy. It helps us provide excellent service for our customers.

This is the best order editing app we've found. Super easy to use and allows for adjustments on practically every aspect of the order including billing and shipping address, customer contact information, adding or removing line items, adjusting unit prices, changing SKU's, and changing shipping methods.

The payment request feature is super easy to use, and makes adjusting order totals super quick and painless for both us and the customer. Highly recommend.
