I can't recommend Cleverific Order Editing App enough! This tool has completely revolutionized how I manage my Shopify store. Super easy to set up, terrific customer support - so far customers love it and use it saving our customer support team loads of time, racing to update orders before the UPS pickup arrives.
We had an issue with Shopify when they released a new update for their software but Cleverific fixed the problem very quickly which was great! Thank you to Laura at the Cleverific team! She was very fast to respond and assured me the issue was being fixed and looked into.
Cleverific has been a game changer for our ecommerce business. Address changes were the number one customer service request we were fielding on a daily basis, often causing frustrations when our orders shipped out faster than the address changes could be communicated. Adding a 15 minute hold to our order processing to allow for customers to adjust addresses themselves has already cut down on the number of requests we're recieving in just a few weeks of having the app installed on our website. I couldn't recommend this app enough!
