Having tried different review import apps, this was by far the smoothest install and their customer service is on point. Great add to my shopify store.

This company stands behind it's product. In general it works well for what is needed. The customer service rep helped me with getting my product review layout colors right and they configured it all for me. The only thing I can see for improvement is the implementation of Etsy reviews as it takes some time since you can only load 4 at a time. But if you have patience, you'll get your reviews up and then it will help to generate sales. Overall pleased with the experience so far!

Hi editorify team. the apps are wonderful. its easy to customize. Recommended for newbies and experienced seller that need to place customer review in one site.

I was having problems with the Edit button, it didn't appear, and i contacted customer service and they replied immediately, they gave me step by step, and when that didn't work, they requested a more in-depth investigation.

To say the least they really went above and beyond to help this newbie out. Very patient and very willing to help! They promised to fix all the issues i was having with by tomorrow! Its a new app i was told, but i am thrilled the ease of use, once the glitches are fixed...this app will surpass Oberlo!

Love this app, well worth the paid version. Contacted editorify team to help me get the reviews on my the homepage. They managed to get into the code and fix it up for me all within a 24 hour period. Very impressed.

App is great, support...? Super fast response and just get things resolved. My review was not appearing under product name for some reason, Moshe fixed it like magic. I'm really looking to make some money so I can upgrade to the paid version too.

I needed this for taobao and 1668 reviews since most other apps couldn't provide the same features. I had issues with making reviews visible on my website but Moshe contacted me (he had issues trying to contact me first) it was my error but i was contacted within 20 minutes of needing help and he solved my issues quick!.
