Editorify ‑ Product Reviews

I recently installed this app, and so far I am loving it! I use it to import reviews from Wish, I hope Taobao will be added to the list too. Being able to easily add photos and videos to my product page is definitely a plus.

The app is extremely easy to use and looks great on the website. The support is very fast and effective - Thank you, guys!

Cant cancel the subscription, support is awful bad app overall dont waste your time.

Multiple issues. Broken trash app like most others on Shopify. Customer service is headed by an illiterate moron.

The free features you provide are meaningless! The free version is in the trial phase, at least 14 days of trial, all functions should be open. To test whether there is a problem, the key is whether the loading speed is displayed at the same time as the other content on the page or gradually displayed. This is very important), just to limit the number of imported products and the number of comments for each product, especially the developer’s logo cannot be added. If we are not satisfied with the trial, there will be no big deal. The premium version is expensive, and it is recommended not to exceed $5 (after all, the functions are relatively small), which is beneficial to the development of your business.

I am unable to install the app. I installed Bulk Edit by Hextom first and I am wondering if that is why there is a conflict. I contacted the company and I'm hoping to resolve the issue soon so I can use this app. I will update this review once I get it working.

App is a little bit hard to use and not exactly what I need for my shopify. Their customer service is top notch with quick replies.

t is a good app, and I was most impressed with the support for the app, the support is fast and SUPERB! In the end I mostly wanted to use it to import videos and you cannot download the videos like a file, only as a link and therefor I cancelled my subscription. But I get a 100% refund and I fully recommend this app for importing reviews and images. You can also change the reviews and make a selection of reviews based on certain criteria. Conclusion: good app, but best support!

awesome support really trustworthy and very helpful and speedy. if you have a problem they sort it fast

I installed Editorify to allow me to import my reviews from Etsy. The free plan only allows you to import 25 reviews from aliexpress.com. And so after paying $10 to see if this would do the job, I found out it won't really. Getting reviews is a very manual process. You have to go to each Etsy listing and import them into a selected Shopify product - every time you want any new Etsy reviews transferred. This doesn't really provide any productivity improvement over a manual cut and paste job.
