I'm glad I chose this Autoketing app to help automate my email marketing campaigns,along with automatic thank you emails to each customers after every purchase made. It's a great resource to improve my customer service abilities, to create reputable relationships with my customers.

The app is okay. sends automated email for orders or fulfilled orders. Very limited services, cant find a way to do one off e-mails.
I believe that this app will be very beneficial to my online store. Automation is King. I have one less task to complete, so I can now key in on other aspects of my online business.
We installed this app. Then spoke with their customer support. Their customer support was prompt in their reply. This app is too limited to be of any use to us. It appears designed to send repetitive emails that mostly just double up on the email already send automatically by Shopify, such as when a customer makes an order and receives a notification email of such. Notably: This app can not send a "first order thank you email" with specific text on the first order and a shop's thanks on customers first order, Likewise, this app can not send a "second order thank you email" with specific text on the second order and a shop's thanks on customers buying a second time from the shop. Because it lacks any utility for us, we will be uninstalling. We sincerely hope these app makers learn a little more about what a thank you email is for and build some capability into this app.

Very intuitive and easy-to-use app. I was looking for an app to help me send customized thank you emails to our customers, and this app is working perfectly. I was able to design a nice looking email in about 15 minutes. The app offers detailed analytics that shows you the number of emails sent, the number of emails opened, links clicked, and the conversion rate. Very cool. I'm still on the free plan (130 free emails), but won't hesitate to upgrade to the paid plan soon.

At the beginning, it was useful, but later on, I stopped sending emails directly, and the customer service did not reply or actively solve the problem, which is not very useful.
