I just installed, let see how it works, as soon I get emails sent to my contact list, will let you know, for the moment I can not choose my subscribers to send them a thank you note. Can I?, let me know, thanks a lot

Thanks for installing. Our app helps you send a thank you email to customers who subscriber or purchase. The email will be automatically sent based on your config time. I cannot send test emails so I have to use another email and subscribe to our own newsletter to me. And the result is ugly as hell. Too much spacing between paragraphs and it's not mobile-optimized. I need to cancel my subscription ASAP.

Purchased this app but doesn't work too well.

It sends thank-you emails to NON customers (e.g abandoned checkout) which creates a massive confusion with the customer - making them believe they have placed an order when they haven't.

We have received poor reviews on our social media and Google because of this, where customers think we force an order on them.

I have messaged live chat with no response.

I am using this app. to connect with the people who have viewed my website and build my following. I would like to be able to revise the message to suite my communication syle.
Can I have more than one message? A second message would be one to send a Thank You for your purchase.

You can adjust the message of the email on your settings. However, it's not impossible to create 2 different messages and the contents of email after subscribing and purchasing need to be the same.

This crap doesn't even work. It really makes you look bad. I've contacted support and nothing has been done. Do NOT download this app.

I did't find this app helpful for the most part. There are other apps that offer better features for $0 . Good concept but didnt like the spam email addresses that was showing up in my customer list.
