Great app and worth 5+ stars. Great help when needed for set up
Great app to change the look of all your automated emails to match the look of your store. Easy to customize. You can even include product recommendations in your emails.

The emails look great, but there is nothing more that I hate than a web app that won't work in my browser of choice. The fact that it works in Chrome but always errors out in Safari is just pitiful.

Thanks for the review, and my apologies for the troubles in Safari you ran into.
Unfortunately this is due to a larger issue, for all apps that are “embedded” into the Shopify admin at the moment.. and changes in the latest version of the Safari browser.
Long story short, Safari now blocks “third party cookies” due to the way ad networks abuse this technology to track accross websites.
The problem is that embedded apps on Shopify also use the same technology to log you into the app, inside Shopify. We have nothing to do with ads, but just happen to be using the same technology for different reasons.
We are working with Shopify and hoping they come up with a solution to the problem as soon as possible. Unfortunately until they do, we either have to ask you to use another browser, or update our apps to no longer be embedded.
Again, sorry you are running into this.. and know it’s something we are working to fix/improve.

Although we decided not to use OrderlyEmails due to some customized functionality issues we needed, I would fully recommend this product based on the level of communication I received from the OrderlyEmails team. We accidentally purchased the template and the team easily processed a refund for us when we put forward our situation. They are wonderful to deal with and would fully recommend using this app if it fits your needs!
I had some problems at first in combination with weglot, but once I reached out to customer service they fixed it good and quickly. Satisfied!
Love this App! Has transformed our simple and unattractive default email templates to very professional and easy to read emails. Every contact you have with a customer is a potential for future sales so the OrderlyEmails App is definitely worth investing in. Very simple to do the initial set up and to tweak the email wording to reflect your branding.
