ECF is an excellent App that has helped us gather user data for numerous projects. The customer support team is also very responsive and always quick to assist.
The tool is intuitive to use. The forms fulfilled exactly what we were looking for. The customer support and developers were extremely helpful, responsive, and quickly resolved an issue we had.

This app is really doing the job! Easy to use with a lot of functions. Chirag at the support team is great and have help me style the forms with custom CSS / layout customizations. Fast response, great understanding about my issue and super service minded! Can really recomend this app if you want nice and trustforthy forms on your web!

Fantastic customer service. Quick response to technical issues. Easy to use. Able to direct queries to different e-mails depending on the different categories of enquiries (i.e. jobs, shipment tracking issues)
