This is a scam job.
After submitting your own particulars, the app sends you an email welcoming you but when you try to use it in Shopify, it simply tells you that your email has not been verified. It does not do anything else.
In light of scams being commonplace lately, I suggest everyone not to every download or sign up with this APP.

As also mentioned in our email conversation, the reason why you were not able to access our dashboard is simply because the verification link sent to your email was not clicked on.
To clarify, after signing up, a verification email is sent to ensure the security of your account. We encourage all users to check their email, including spam or junk folders, and click on the verification link. Once this step is completed, our app can be seamlessly used on Shopify.
