Truly the best onboarding experience I've ever had with a marketing app! Brian and the team were a delight to work with and complete pros. They made beautiful automations that were completely on brand for us and are already generating serious new sales and customer acquisitions. We saw 16x ROAS in the first month alone. The Emotive team invested hours in teaching us how to get the most from their software and from SMS marketing in general. Cannot recommend these folks enough!

My experience with emotive is very positive. I have tried all other platforms and switched from Klayvio and Attentive and this is by far the best SMS platform out there.

They are definitely a hands-on company who take your success personally. Quick to offer messaging suggestions or hop on a call with you. Largely easy-to-use interface and if you forget anything, your success manager is always just an email away. Would recommend to other businesses looking to break into the SMS marketing scene.

10/10 Emotive is an excellent platform. It is user friendly and has opened up a whole new avenue of marketing for our brands. Emotive is an excellent SMS partner. They provide consistent, excellent support, resources, content ideas, copywriting, GIFs, and more. Our CSM reaches out very regularly, makes himself available to us, and goes above and beyond. Our experience with Emotive is night and day compared to our old provider, Opt It. The cost and terms are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

Easy to install, quick results, and fantastic customer service! I highly recommend Emotive to any business looking to start and/or scale its SMS marketing.
Emotive offers many usual features on the app, but what I love more is the excellent customer service from all depts. I'm a newbie and got lost in the many features. My account manager Jessica is patient, knowledgeable, and worked with me to tailor the usage to my needs. Colbi has been amazing with tech support and I'm also looking forward to working with a designated copywriter for all future messages.
I find this app fairly user friendly! It is easy to segment lists and I love the test feature. I recommend it to anyone looking to use a SMS platform for their business.
Most importantly, this app brings in historical Shopify data which allows us to segment customers properly in SMS marketing. That has been a big advantage in efforts of customer acquisition vs retention marketing. Easy to use and integrates well. All good in my book
Good customer support. helpful features. and overall easy to deploy and use. on the pricier end but the white glove service is worth it for any business wanting to scale.
