Call Center Orders:
We needed a call center solution that seamlessly integrates with Shopify to support our direct mail efforts. enComm was the only platform that offered a built-in API connection between our call center and payment gateway. With other options, I was looking at $5K in developer fees and ongoing maintenance just to get the integration working.
