App potential is awesome but a number of basic features require the $300 mo. plan. For example, just being able to create a customer group based on product ordered requires this high tier plan as opposed to the $60 or $160 monthly one.
I get software developers invest a lot of money to build out these tools and cannot give the service away, but to put in perspective, SalesForce Enterprise is $165 mo. by comparsion.
For this app expect to pay $3600 a year to use most features. At least for us, anything extra we want to do requires the $300 plan. We can at do some extremely basic (but useful) stuff in the app for $60mo and will use this for that until we can evaluate other options.
As a small business, the personalized communication Endear facilitates to clients combined with the streamlined interface and analytics is a gamechanger. We’ve been able to take our analog client book and modernize it with Endear. This allows us to reach customers at scale while continuing to provide a warm and personalized experience. The analytics have helped us track where our marketing dollars are going and it’s clear that Endear drives sales to our website and in store shop.
