We worked for 5+ months together and it was a big waste of time and money. They were never able to surpass our own Lookalike and even Broad targeting audiences. They don't have a close follow up with your account and they will let you spend $450 USD with 0 sales (my usual cost per purchase being around $80 USD), that's how bad they are. You'd be better off just launching campaigns by yourself even if you have 0 knowledge about digital marketing believe me...

Just because performance dipped for a single week does not erase the progress we built over that time. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing business experiences I’ve ever had. I invested thousands of dollars and months of my time, and the results were close to nothing. Instead of clarity, I got confusion. Instead of strategy, I got excuses. Instead of transparency, I got vague reports and wasted ad spend.
After the first failure, I even left a review. That’s when one of their team members started calling me repeatedly — spending hours on the phone over several days — asking me to give them a second chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. Unfortunately, the second attempt ended the same way as the first: wasted budget, wasted time, and nothing close to meaningful results.
The problems?
– No clear or consistent strategy
– Zero understanding of my audience or brand
– Reporting that raised more questions than answers(they will be raised in shortly, or put more money to try)
– Results so poor they were practically non-existent
I walked away frustrated, out money, and out time. My honest opinion: if you value your business and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this app entirely.
I prepaid for a year only to have about 2 months of service then they vanished and our store was not performing well at all with their software. The back end setup is not fluid and is cryptic with how it works. Ultimately I gave them a second chance this year, and again had a failure to launch and poor communication. I've tried to get a refund and been promised one for the past 6 weeks with nothing. Don't waste your money.
Do not waste your time or money on this company. They are full of empty promises and completely failed to deliver. They claimed they could drive results but barely managed a pathetic 1.1x ROAS far from what was promised. They even offered a money-back guarantee, but of course, when I held them to it after giving them 60 days to perform, they outright refused to refund me.
Their lack of accountability and poor performance make them completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and find another solution this one is a total scam. Stay far away.
Very poor experience. Was told this would increase ROAS and target correct audiences when in fact it was worse than our own campaign just using advantage plus on meta ads. Do not waste your money. Company based in Turkey. Very keen to get you on board but then say it takes months to see results. Avoid and don’t make the same mistake we did. Completely misled by the product and didn’t do anything it said it would.
Upon further inspection, we can clarify that your ad spending did not meet the recommended amount of 2000 USD per month as it can be transparently seen in our pricing plan. Therefore, the low budget can drastically cause the low ROAS due to high CPM in certain regions.
While we appreciate your feedback, we do not condone any racist and prejudiced view based on our location.
Real review, 8-figure ecom store here. In our meeting, Enhencer said they would refund any money pro-rated amount if we weren't happy. They charge yearly through Shopify. We aren't happy after roughly 60 days. Enhencer can get an OK roi with a very low spend of $100 or less a day. We usually spend $100K/month. So, it clearly doesn't match our level of need, nor do we feel it would get there in the next 30 days (90-day period for ramp-up). Per our agreement, we contacted Enhencer and got the run-around and no prorated refund as discussed, just replies that we are wrong, etc.. and so on. Again, if you are a smaller brand and can afford a $4,799/year one-time fee and spend sub $300ish/day, then it is probably a good app for you. If you spend more than $500 a day, it can't get a good ROI in our opinion, from what we saw. We hired a new marketing team that is blowing the Enhencer app out of the water and not even comparable on spend, roas and coa.
Please don't waste your time or money. We have an ad spend of £100k monthly between meta & google so our account is pretty healthy. ENHENCER promised an uplift in ROAS and also to increase sales by "QUOTE: at least 25%" by week 6.
It is week 6 now and I have just cancelled the plan.
They had one campaign that was NEVER in the top 3 ROAS of existing campaigns.
Their spend was never over £150 per day.
Their "AI" is a less good version of META advanced shopping.
I have already stop your service few month ago, but your company still charge me US$400 every month , I want to complaint and please refund.
Your uninstallation date is 11th January not a few months ago and we have also confirmed with Shopify support that your installation was present during this period. Please note that as per Shopify's policies, subscription payments are processed directly by Shopify for the subscribed months.
If you believe there has been an oversight, we recommend reaching out to Shopify's billing support for further clarification.
Multiple emails to them without a reply. No audience ever created.
