Me gusta que es conveniente la plataforma, pero todavía tiene muchos errores.. es un poco desesperante eso pero en general pues es una buena opción

Ha sido muy útil y práctica para mejorar mi sistema de envíos. El tiempo que llevo usándola me ha gustado mucho y me siento muy satisfecha con el servicio al cliente que he recibido.

NAO RECOMENDO. Falta de respeito com o Lojista. Paguei um ano de Shopify a vista por conta do calculo de frete e simplesmente me pediram desculpa e disseram que o aplicativo não funciona. Fizeram várias calls e inúmeros contatos e simplesmente recebi um pedido de desculpa.

Excelente sistema, muy fácil de utilizar y automatiza la generación de guías. Muy buen servicio de atención. Aclararon todas mis dudas y siempre con buena dispocisión para atender.

Excelente plataforma y muy intuitiva, los precios no se comparan con otras compañías. Facilita la generación de guías y ahorras tiempo. Recomendable.

If anyone is planning to join, keep in mind:

1) Your account manager only job is to hand hold you until you've on boarded ( basically untill they sell you ) after that you're on your own no matter what happens.

2) if your 10 product gets damaged or lost ( it's gone forever) you won't get any refund. If you're explicitly behind them they might give you 'wallet balance' for 2-3 products out of 10.

3) if shipments Don't reach on time ( basically even after 25 days ) it's not marked as lost! Nor they have got s calibre to get it delivered, make ofd or anything.

Tons of other things which words cannot define.

Now watch them defend in reply, also this ratings of 4.6 Stars is fake.

Buen servicio en aplicación y atención por parte de soporte, integración amigable, buena herramienta de trabajo.

Empecé a utilizar esta aplicación para envíos internacionales y estoy probando ahora también los nacionales. Me ha funcionado bien la aplicación y tienen muy buena atención al cliente.
