Been waiting and waiting for someone to respond to their chat within the app to respond to requests for help to finish the setup. No response - tried 14 hours ago, last night, and for the past hour this morning. No response on FB page. Sent an email - no word back yet.
Hello Pino! Our chat service hours are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm CT. Please make sure you where during this timeframe to be able to chat with someone. We will respond your messages as soon as possible and an account executive will contact you to help you with the final steps.
Misleading. Does not offer FedEx as a shipping carrier option. I was looking for FedEx and UPS as carrier options. Very deceiving.
Hello Melanin, we do support UPS for domestic and international shipping. Fedex you can add your own shipping account to create shipping labels. If you need any help we can definitely help you.
