Me gusta que es conveniente la plataforma, pero todavía tiene muchos errores.. es un poco desesperante eso pero en general pues es una buena opción

Excelente sistema, muy fácil de utilizar y automatiza la generación de guías. Muy buen servicio de atención. Aclararon todas mis dudas y siempre con buena dispocisión para atender.

If anyone is planning to join, keep in mind:

1) Your account manager only job is to hand hold you until you've on boarded ( basically untill they sell you ) after that you're on your own no matter what happens.

2) if your 10 product gets damaged or lost ( it's gone forever) you won't get any refund. If you're explicitly behind them they might give you 'wallet balance' for 2-3 products out of 10.

3) if shipments Don't reach on time ( basically even after 25 days ) it's not marked as lost! Nor they have got s calibre to get it delivered, make ofd or anything.

Tons of other things which words cannot define.

Now watch them defend in reply, also this ratings of 4.6 Stars is fake.

Empecé a utilizar esta aplicación para envíos internacionales y estoy probando ahora también los nacionales. Me ha funcionado bien la aplicación y tienen muy buena atención al cliente.

Been waiting and waiting for someone to respond to their chat within the app to respond to requests for help to finish the setup. No response - tried 14 hours ago, last night, and for the past hour this morning. No response on FB page. Sent an email - no word back yet.

Ha sido bastante sencillo de iniciar con el proceso hasta el momento. La plataforma es fácil de utilizar y tiene muchas herramientas practicas. La atención que he recibido ha sido excelente y rápida.

Incorporé recientemente Envía a mi tienda y fue súper fácil. Todo el proceso lo acompañó un ejecutivo que le dió atención muy de cerca y entendió las necesidades específicas de envío de mis productos.

Llevamos una semana utilizando la plataforma y esta funcionando genial. Las tarifas que manejan tanto para nacionales e internacionales sido las mejores que hemos encontrado. Es muy fácil y cómodo crear las guías de envío.
El asesoramiento para la vinculación y dudas ha sido excelente y rápido.
