eBay Importer by Infoshore

A product that will save you time. Works great.

The app is straight forward. Flat fee option for importing your eBay items. Saved me a lot of hassle, especially since I did not want to have to pay someone a bunch of money to do it, or for an app that would sync and all that stuff during the setup stage. Worked perfectly, easy to use. Imported images and formatting. It uses your ebay item number as your sku so when you actually do use an app to manage inventory on both sites, you have a sku to match up - super nice!

The app does not set up your products into your shop... Meaning you still have to go into each product and add it to the collection, do your SEO work etc but man....it was nice just to only have to go in and do that versus the time it would take to manually create each listing again.

Highly recommend it, especially for people building a standalone site and doing it in a well planned step by step fashion.

App was great in the beginning, now only imports part of the items descriptions and customer service has not replied to numerous emails. Recently items have not imported after a day or more also. We pay more for faster syncing and priority service but we not sure if this app is being supported anymore.

UPDATE: It seems their attempt to fix the upload issue they reverted our entire store back. Now having to re edit all products on our website. Please be aware that they may edit your product listings without your authorisation.

They will also not reply to our email about these modifications to our listings.

I've used this app initially to import over 8000 ebay listings to my new shopify store, including my store categories. Now I'm using it to keep all my products in sync and it automatically loads my new eBay listings automatically into shopify. Works perfectly! Initially not all the fields I wanted were imported. Just ask and you will receive! Extremely quick responses to all my questions of which there were many. I highly recommend this app!

All I got to say is Wow! This app works smoothly and efficiently- 5 stars All the way! I totally recommend this.

The app was good at first, although now it is not updating in real time. The listings from ebay are sometimes taking over 24 hours to import to our shopify store. As someone who posts our products daily on our social media platforms (an rely heavily on our social media following to convert sales) I'm now constantly being hounded by our followers asking where our products are, and why aren't they listed on the website? This is because they ARE NOT being updated to shopify in real time (like promised by the ap). I've reached out to customer service MULTIPLE times and they keep trying to tell me there is nothing wrong and it should only take a few minutes for items to transfer over. This is not true, the items are not transferring over and like I mentioned before, are sometimes taking over 24 full hours to show up on my shopify store. For example, I have over 30 products that were listed at 8 am this morning, its now 12:30 am the next day, over 16 hours later, and they are still NOT listed on my shopify store. If this issue isn't resolved soon, be weary of their promise to offer "real time importing" as that just isn't true.

Normally they are offering custom template but their support didnt make anything for me.a little deceiving.Be aware

This app is super helpful in integrating eBay with Shopify. I have over 1,500 products and syncing them by hand would have taken literal months. this app synced all my products with my Shopify in a matter of a couple of hours! Pankaj, the customer service rep, was also super helpful in ensuring my auctioned items didn't get synced! Great customer service:) welcoming, quick, and actually helpful!
