InfoShore eBay Integration

Almost instant response to support ticket and quick resolution to a sync issue we were experiencing.
App has been really helpful so far!

Listen up people! The buck stops here. Just spent hours with customer service. They modified their app to meet my specific needs. Have a zoom appointment scheduled to cover the changes and to walk me through features. Now this is customer service! I'm positive that if my needs change, there wont be an issue. Stop searching for other integration apps.
My main issue was shipping. I couldn't integrate flat rate shipping from eBay to Shopify. Go and see the difference at our eBay store Good Deal Center and gooddealcenter.store!
Over 10,000 individual listing going on 20,000! What a save!

excellent app, but most importantly quick and helpful live chat

This app is very useful and convenient for eBay sellers. The customer service staff are very professional and proactive in addressing customer needs promptly.

Used Shopify for 4 years - excellent app, always bringing new features, manual effort reduced massively by the technical team but most importantly quick and helpful live chat!

Support team is very patient, and will work through any issues or questions you may have!

Great support help me work through my issues to get my product import from shopify to ebay. App does exactly what we need it to do. Thanks for the help.

The program is working very well. The support is also outstanding. We’ve been using the program for a long time and are thrilled that it works so well and is constantly being improved. No matter what problem you have, customer service has a solution and responds very quickly. Thank you very much for your support.

This experience has been exceptional. Pankaj and Madhu assisted me with my Shopify/eBay integration with professionalism, dedication, and outstanding attention to detail. They were patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help resolve the issues I was having. Their communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they made a complicated integration much easier to understand and manage.

I truly appreciate their support and commitment to getting everything set up correctly. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommended!

We have been using this app since 2020 and the recent improvements have been great. Always incredible customer service and quick to fix any issue that we have. The best app for syncing eBay and Shopify.
