eBay Importer by Infoshore

Horrible customer service, we have 2 ebay stores and they need to be reauthorized every day, half of our items dont sync and my emails have been ignored for weeks. waste of time and money

Almost perfect, it can bug out and be slow but overall it does what it says and does it very well. Little to no issues with all the offerings this service provides

Excellent app that works flawlessly. Imports occur quickly using auto sync and inventory is accurately tracked. Customer service team response time was great with the few questions I had.

I'm really starting to wish I hadn't chosen this importer/integration app. I have had nothing but problems with this importer. This app is supposed to integrate your Shopify and eBay stores, removing items from eBay when they sell on Shopify. They have reimported my items and I'm still having this issue. This was the beginning of August, now we are at the end of September. And I still have to manually remove items from eBay. Unfortunately this has led to overselling to no fault of my own. Pankaj reluctantly refunded my last month payment. I paid for a year, so I am stuck for the next 8 months unfortunately.

Paid TWICE for importing items from eBay
Charged me then blocked me from importing
items. Poor customer service as they have no one to call
Calling cc co to refund my money

So far I'm absolutely Impressed.
My ebay is now linked to my Shopify.

An absolute must for any seller opening a shop within Shopify and wishing to have all the products imported across. Simple and easy to use, even manages stock levels in real time. Fantastic app to have.

The worst, no one ever contacted me for tech support, I dont believe any of the 5 star ratings, canceling and getting my money back. they can keep their garbage.

This app has really help me transfer my eBay products over to shopify. What a game changer! The transfer was very fast and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you very much
