The product is really very good for the D2C and startups. By just installing this app we can freely collect reviews from our end customers. The process is seamless. Audio recordings feedback are also possible through Epic App.
The founder Mr Nilanshu is very supportive and available round the clock for any support .The more important is thing is that it is free of cost for lifetime. We recommend the use of this app to all the D2C startups for easy review collection.
Support is nice, while we were struggling to get reviews from other traditional apps, this app helped us to get the reviews via calls, which helped us to understand the customer journey and their feedback.
The founder Nilanshu, helped us to set up the app and offered prompt support.
