It is always a pleasure working with Wendy at Inkedjoy, as well as with Inkedjoy as a company itself. They have a wide selection of quality products and we have never experienced print quality issues like we have had with other POD manufacturers. We at thegrumpycookies.com are happy with this partnership and have recommended Inkedjoy to others.
Don't be fooled by all the 5-star reviews you see on Shopify (or Trustpilot).
I don't know how they managed to get them, but based on my experience, I highly doubt they are legitimate.
Basically, if you have a problem with your orders (processing time, for example), you'll find the service to be completely mediocre.
Orders waiting to be processed for a month (in the middle of the Christmas season... help!)
The person who is supposed to be my account manager doesn't respond to my numerous messages. And the other person in customer service only knows how to give you generic answers (it's being processed, it's in progress... same answer after several messages), which don't help you deal with your customers' frustration.
Getting a refund is a real battle.
I'm trying products made directly in the US to see if they are treated better than those from China.
PS: the quality is okay... nothing more.

Great customer service! Wendy responded promptly, and they do their best to solve any problems. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately, their fonts are basic, and there is not much to choose from compared to Canva. They should add more on-demand materials. Otherwise, great company.
Large selection of products. The printing is excellent. Integration with shopify is easy and fast. Branding opportunity. Customer service excellent. If they are not online they always follow up via email. If there is one thing I hope they can improve is the sewing bit as sometimes missing stitches and hanging threads can be seen. Quality check before sending can help all this. This will help us to ensure quality is guaranteed when products are being send to our customers. Besides that they are really lovely people willing to help.
Was pretty easy to integrate, and the customer support is always super helpful and responds super quickly.
