EPROLO‑Dropshipping & Branding

I used this app to find some of the best products and I love it! There is a variety of shipping companies that have great prices. The customer service is amazing and extremely helpful. So far I am very pleased.

Rick is really nice, he is an awesome agent to work with and accepts all my requests, hes easy to work with and answers all questions and helps me with whatever i am having trouble with, i highly recommend rick as a dropshipping agent to anyone!

started off rocky however things turned around. my customers love the products. wish it didn't take that long to process. defeat the 5-8 shipping process even when I paid for express shipping

Very frieldnly app. easy to use.
A lot of stuff. very fast shipping and you can choice custom labeling with low price. we will see after few weeks of using:)

I love the app mainly because of the low shipping time and also the fact that the products have so many images attached to them

Eprolo seems like the perfect dropship app and I really wish it was. However, I just encountered a major flaw - They CANNOT source all the products it imports from Aliexpress AND you will only find out AFTER you actually have a customer make a sale!
I've imported numerous items from aliexpress with no mention that it cannot be sourced. I've promoted and paid advertising for these items, and finally got sales! Only to find out they cannot source it! (The original seller on aliexpress has these items in stock)
How terrible is this for my business! I'm left with the option of telling my customer that 'sorry we no longer carry that item' or order directly from aliexpress myself and send it to the client (at a higher cost). Terrible.
I now have to reconsider my dropshipping strategy after devoting countless hours and money on establishing dropshipping with Eprolo.
This is a huge issue that I wish I was aware of. So take it as a warning!

well, i thought this app is better than others, but i tried to add kid tent,they refuse is because they cannot ship battery and liquid :), however this was not the only one,i spent hours to find products after pasting aliexpress link in their app, they replied me after 48 hours(terrible customer service also) they cannot find the source of product (What?!!!!) ,so don't waste your time try another app, by the way i sent a detail text to them but the person how replied me didn't even see my text i think it is robot.

EPROLO makes work way easy for me and the only issue is it's allowing me to ship some products to some countries. otherwise good app overall

Amazing results, I do not need to waste my time on making my products perfect. Thank you for this superb app!

Top. you can even personalize your own logo. I think they should offer the option of personalized box to all account levels
